FAQ
What types of apps and websites can you test?
I can help test Android apps, iOS apps where compatible device access is available, mobile applications, and websites, depending on your testing requirements.
Will I receive feedback from all 12 testers?
Yes, if your package includes 12 testers, I will coordinate the agreed testing activities and provide the feedback and findings collected from participating testers.
What will the testers check?
Testers can check functionality, navigation, buttons, forms, usability, layout issues, and other agreed areas. The exact scope depends on your package.
Will I receive a bug report?
Yes. I can provide an organized report of identified issues, with screenshots and reproduction steps where available.
Can you test my app before launch?
Yes. Pre-launch testing can help identify potential issues before your app or website is made available to more users.
Can you test a specific feature of my app?
Yes. Please share the features or user journeys you want tested before ordering so we can agree on the testing scope.
What do you need to start testing?
Please provide your app or website link, testing instructions, and a test account if login is required. Never send sensitive personal account credentials.
Do you guarantee that you will find bugs?
No. Testing helps identify potential problems, but not every bug can be detected during a testing session. I will provide honest feedback on the areas tested.
