How fast can you start?
I respond within the hour during European business hours. Once you order I take a full backup and start the cleanup immediately.
How do I know my site is hacked?
Common signs: redirects to spam sites, Google warning page, hosting suspension, unknown admin users, slow performance, spam in comments, unfamiliar files. If you are not sure, message me first with your URL.
Will Google remove the warning?
After cleanup I submit a review request via Google Search Console. Google typically removes the warning within 24-72 hours. Standard package onwards includes this step.
Will the malware come back?
If I only clean and do not harden, yes — through the same vulnerability. That is why my Standard and Premium include hardening + warranty. If reinfection happens within the warranty period for any reason, I clean again at no charge.
Can you clean multiple sites on the same hosting?
No, each package covers one site only. If you have multiple infected sites, please order one package per site, or message me first for a multi-site custom offer.
Will I lose any data?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything. If something unexpected happens, I roll back. Your content, products, and orders are preserved.
My hosting suspended my site. Can you help?
Yes. I have recovered many sites from hosting suspension. I work with the host to lift the suspension after cleanup.
Do you guarantee no reinfection?
Standard package: 30-day warranty. Premium: 3-month warranty. Within these windows I clean again at no charge if the same site gets reinfected.
