I will clean and fix your shopify product CSV for import
About this Gig
Prepare your supplied product data for a clearer Shopify import.
I will clean and format your existing product CSV or map your supplier spreadsheet to your supplied Shopify template. Checks cover headers, extra spaces, price formats, handles, option/variant structure and duplicate rows under agreed rules. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged for your review.
Basic: one existing Shopify CSV, up to 100 data rows. Standard: one CSV/XLSX source, up to 500 rows, with column mapping. Premium: up to 2 source files and 1,500 total rows, with column mapping and a consolidated output.
Rows include product, variant and image rows. Every package includes a cleaned CSV, an original-file copy and an issue/change log.
This is file preparation: store login, live import, inventory updates, product research, image sourcing, metafield configuration and full migrations are outside scope. Keep a store export backup and review flagged issues before importing. Import acceptance also depends on your store settings and data.
I check the delivery against your brief. Please discuss workflow or file-format requirements before ordering.

FAQ
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. This service works from files you provide and delivers a prepared CSV plus an issue/change log. You control the store import. Do not send account passwords.
Are rows the same as products?
Not always. One product may use several rows for variants or images. Package limits count all data rows across the supplied files, excluding the header.
What files should I send?
Send the problem CSV or supplier XLSX, a current product export/template from your store and any import error report. State whether the file is for new products or updates and which fields may change.
Can you create missing prices, SKUs or product claims?
I can apply mapping and cleanup rules you supply. Missing factual values are flagged rather than invented. Product sourcing, descriptions written from scratch and image sourcing are outside the packages.
Will the file definitely import successfully?
I check the file structure against your supplied template and agreed rules. Acceptance can also depend on store settings, required source information, accessible images and app-specific requirements. You receive a list of unresolved issues.
Will you change inventory, markets or metafields?
These packages do not manage inventory quantities, configure markets/metafields or update your live store. Existing fields are preserved unless you explicitly include a supported formatting change in the agreed file scope.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions adjust the original files using the agreed mappings and cleanup rules. New supplier files, additional rows, different rules or extra store work require an additional scope.
