Yes. Everything is documented with clear variable names, comments, and a README. You don't need to be a Terraform expert to run it after handover.
Do you support AWS, Azure, and GCP?
Yes, all three plus Alibaba Cloud. I've deployed on AWS, Azure, and Alibaba in production. GCP is supported too.
