FAQ
Is shipping included?
No. The price is my service fee for handling, storage, and pick & pack. Actual USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping is billed separately at cost via custom offer. You can also provide your own label.
Where is your facility?
I manage operations via our partner fulfillment facility in the USA, allowing fast coast-to-coast shipping. I handle all client communication and inventory management.
How does package forwarding work?
You use our USA address to shop. We receive your items, send you photo proof, and consolidate multiple packages into one to save you up to 50% on international shipping.
Any required deposit?
No
What items are prohibited?
We cannot accept hazardous materials, firearms, perishables, alcohol, or illegal items. For branded items, you must own the rights. Message me if unsure.
Do you offer inventory management and reports?
Yes. All packages include inventory update, photo inspection on arrival, and daily/weekly reports for Premium. You'll always know your stock level.
How do you handle returns?
We receive returns, inspect for damage, send you photos, and restock or dispose per your instruction. Included in Premium and available as custom offer for others.
How do I get started?
Message me BEFORE ordering with your SKU count, product weight/dimensions, store type (Shopify/Amazon/Etsy), and monthly volume. I will send a custom plan and USA address.
Is my inventory insured and secure?
Yes. All inventory is stored securely in our monitored partner facility. We handle with care and provide photo proof at every step. For high-value goods, we recommend you add shipping insurance which we can arrange.
Do you offer long-term storage for bulk inventory?
Yes. First 30-60 days are included per package. After that, long-term storage is billed monthly at cost per pallet/carton/shelf via custom offer. Much cheaper than Amazon storage fee
