Q: Do I need to give you admin access to my Microsoft 365 account?
Yes, I'll need temporary Global Admin access to complete the setup. I recommend creating a temporary admin account for me, which you can disable or delete once the work is delivered and confirmed.
Q: Can you work with an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, or only new setups?
A: Both. I can set up a brand-new tenant from scratch, or fix, optimize, and manage an existing Microsoft 365 environment.
Q: Do you only do Microsoft 365, or can you help with Intune and Azure AD too?
A: Yes — Intune device management and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) configuration are included in my Standard and Premium packages, alongside core Microsoft 365 admin work.
Q: I have more than the listed number of users — can you still help?
A: Absolutely. Message me your exact user/device count before ordering and I'll send a custom quote.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support after the setup is complete, not just a one-time fix?
A: Yes. Each package includes a support window after delivery, and I also offer ongoing monthly IT support as a custom offer if you need continued management.
