About this Gig
Are you looking for a professional expert to handle your PCB layout, PCB cloning, schematic design, hardware design, or PCB reverse engineering project?
You're in the right place. Poor PCB designs can lead to manufacturing failures, signal integrity issues, unnecessary revisions, and increased production costs. I provide production-ready, DRC/ERC-verified PCB designs that are optimized for reliable performance and smooth manufacturing with JLCPCB, PCBWay, and other leading PCB manufacturers.
If you have an existing board, simply send a high-resolution image with the components removed and the schematic if available. If you don't have a schematic, we can discuss the circuit, and I'll recreate it before designing your PCB.
You'll Receive:
- Professional PCB Layout
- PCB Cloning & Reverse Engineering
- Schematic Design
- Hardware Design
- Gerber Files
- BOM & Centroid Files
- DRC/ERC Verification
- Manufacturing-Ready Files
My goal is to deliver a reliable PCB that saves you time, reduces production costs, and is ready for manufacturing from the first revision.
Message me before placing your order so we can discuss your project and choose the best solution.

FAQ
What files will I receive after ordering?
You'll get Gerber files, drill files, schematic, BOM, Pick and Place, 2D images, 3D renders, and STEP files fully formatted for JLCPCB and PCBWay. Everything your manufacturer needs to produce your board immediately
Do you use Altium Designer or KiCad?
I work in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, and Proteus. I can continue an existing project in your preferred tool and deliver native files plus Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, and STEP exports with every order.
Are Gerber files compatible with JLCPCB and PCBWay?
Every design is reviewed against JLCPCB and PCBWay DFM guidelines before delivery. Clearances, drill sizes, and copper weights are all verified. For JLCPCB assembly, I also prepare BOM and CPL files in their required format.
Can you start from a rough idea or hand-drawn schematic?
Yes. Share your concept, block diagram, or reference circuit and I'll build a complete schematic first, get your approval, then move to PCB layout. You stay in control before any Gerber files are generated.
Do I need a multilayer PCB for my project?
If your design has high component density, high-speed signals, or needs dedicated power and ground planes yes. STM32, USB hubs, HDMI, and RF modules typically need 4+ layers. Message me and I'll advise the right stackup.
Can you reverse engineer an existing PCB?
Yes. Share photos or partial documentation of your existing board and I'll reconstruct the schematic and create a clean, updated PCB layout. Useful for legacy hardware, discontinued boards, or redesigns needing improvement.
What makes your PCB designs production-ready?
Every layout passes DRC and ERC checks, clearance verification, and DFM review against fab-house rules. Via sizes, silkscreen, copper-to-edge spacing, and impedance are all checked so your board works on the first spin.
