Is my data confidential?
Processed locally, never shared or reused, deleted after completion on request.
What counts as a duplicate?
You tell me what makes two rows the same (e.g. same company + phone) - my normalizer catches case, spacing and format variants of it.
What if my file is mostly junk?
The report grades honestly. If a file is beyond saving I tell you what's salvageable before you pay.
My data changes monthly - can you re-clean it?
Yes: Premium includes one free re-run, and I offer a monthly re-clean retainer after your first order.
