Will it work in Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. I deliver an Excel file (.xlsx). To use it in Google Sheets, upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
Do I need to be good at Excel?
No. You only type in the yellow cells: your items once, then each stock movement. Everything else is calculated automatically.
Does it use macros or VBA?
No. It uses standard formulas only, so you do not need to enable macros.
What do I need to send you?
Your item list (Excel, Google Sheets or CSV) with item names, units, cost price, selling price and current stock. If you do not have a list yet, I will send you a simple template to fill in.
Can you customize it for my business?
Yes. The Premium package includes custom columns. For bigger changes, message me first and I will send you a custom offer.
Can it track more than one warehouse or store?
This gig covers one location. If you need more, message me before ordering so we can discuss it.
What if a formula gives a wrong result?
If a formula I built gives a wrong result, I will fix it for free. Accuracy is the whole point of this spreadsheet.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. I only use your data to build your spreadsheet and never share it with anyone.
