Supplier catalog formats causing SKU or price problems? I normalize CSV and XLSX product data for small hardware and homeware distributors using explicit rules. The USD 35 pilot covers up to 100 rows, 20 columns and one file, delivered in 7 days with one rule revision on the same original. Text SKU and original files are preserved. You receive accepted CSV/XLSX records, unresolved rows, a field-level change log, checksums and a reconciliation report. Declare date and decimal conventions, currency codes and unit aliases before ordering. Repeated SKU records are flagged together, never silently deleted. Unresolved data remains separate: no guessing missing values, enrichment, currency or quantity conversion, PDF extraction or store integration. AI assists preparation; transformations run locally with deterministic rules and operator review. Customer catalogs are not sent to generative AI services as part of normalization. Will you preserve leading zeros?
Yes, when the source contains text SKU. Numeric Excel cells may already have lost zeros; those rows need a corrected text source. We never reconstruct identifiers by guessing. XLSX keeps SKU as text; import CSV identifier columns as text.
What happens to duplicates and ambiguous values?
Every row is kept. Repeated SKU records, including exact duplicates, go to review together. Missing or ambiguous values remain unresolved with source and reason. Accepted rows plus review rows reconcile to the input. Agree this exception policy before ordering.
Do you convert currency, translate products or integrate a store?
No. We normalize declared formats and agreed unit labels without converting amounts or quantities. Product names and SKU are not translated. Store integration, enrichment, scraping, PDFs and formulas are excluded. Reports and service messages are available in English and Spanish.
