Do I need to give you access to my store?
The safest option is collaborator access, which you can revoke any time. For simple CSS fixes I can also work from a copy of your theme file.
What if the problem is caused by an app?
I will tell you. Some app conflicts can be fixed in the theme, others need the app developer. Either way you will know what is going on before I start.
How fast is delivery?
Basic is within 24 hours. Standard and Premium within 48 hours. Revisions are included in every package.
What problems can you fix?
Theme errors, layout and spacing, CSS, Liquid, mobile display, headers, footers, menus, sections, buttons and product page issues. If you are unsure, send a screenshot first.
Can you fix mobile problems?
Yes, when the cause is in the theme, layout or CSS. Every fix is checked on desktop and mobile.
Can you fix Liquid code?
Yes, for theme level issues such as sections, snippets and templates. Larger custom development is quoted separately.
Can you fix multiple issues?
Yes. Choose Multiple Fixes or Complete Store Fix, or message me for a custom offer if you have a longer list.
Can you fix my whole website?
This gig is for fixes. Larger redesigns or new builds can be quoted separately after I see what is needed.
Will you test the fix?
Yes. Relevant pages are tested on desktop and mobile before delivery.
What if you cannot fix the issue?
If the problem turns out to be outside the scope of this gig, for example inside a third party app, I will explain what I found and discuss the right next step with you before going further.
