What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your topic, target audience, learning goals, preferred tone, brand guidelines and any existing notes, research or source materials. I will send a requirements questionnaire after you order.
Can you create a course from only an idea?
Yes. I can develop the structure and written content from your concept. However, you must provide the core expertise, business information and any claims that must be included or verified.
What is included in assignments and solutions?
Assignments may include reflection questions, knowledge checks, practical exercises or action steps. Solutions include answer keys, model responses or evaluation guidance when appropriate
Do you design and format workbooks?
The packages primarily cover content writing and organization. Branded workbook design and formatting are available as an optional Gig Extra.
Do you create video scripts?
Video scripts are not included in the main packages but can be purchased as an additional service. Each script covers one lesson and up to 1,000 words.
Will you upload the course to my learning platform?
No. LMS uploading, website setup, video production and ongoing course management are not included. You will receive the completed written materials in the agreed file format.
Can you improve content I have already written?
Yes. I can review, reorganize and improve existing material for clarity, consistency and learner engagement. Please contact me before ordering if extensive rewriting is required.
Is the content original?
Yes. Every project is written specifically for your audience and goals. You are responsible for reviewing specialized, legal, medical, financial or regulated information for professional accuracy.
Can you create more than five modules?
Yes. Larger courses can be completed through additional chapter extras or a custom offer. Message me with the number of modules, estimated word count and deadline for a quote.
Do you provide revisions?
Revisions cover reasonable changes to the original requirements. A new direction, different audience, added modules or expanded word count may require an additional fee.
