Because industrial data is highly sensitive. To protect my clients proprietary designs, material margins, and supply chain vulnerabilities, I enforce a strict 100% NDA policy. Your company’s data will be treated with the exact same absolute privacy.
What if I don't have formal process documentation or a digital floor plan?
Don’t worry! Many manufacturers run on habit. You can simply upload a quick smartphone video walking through your production from start to finish, or send a handwritten sketch of your processes/layout. That should be enough for me to analyze.
My manufacturing process is highly specialized. Can you still help me?
Yes. While the products change, the core physics of manufacturing stay the same. I look at foundational constraints: material flow, equipment utilization, and handoff friction, which apply to basically any production facility.
Can you help us implement the changes after the assessment?
Yes it is possible. Although the Premium tier gives you the exact blueprint to do it yourself, I do not normally offer this service. But if you want me to guide your team through workflow automation or process restructures, let me know and I will see if I can help you with the implementation.
