About me
Physiotherapist and NSCA-certified personal trainer in Barcelona, 15 years of experience. I write programs for people who want to stay strong and mobile for decades, not for a 6-week transformation. I have rehabilitated athletes from the Chilean Olympic Committee and the national handball team, and worked as a physio at Teknon Medical Center.
