I will restore your audio recording without it sounding filtered

About this gig
Welcome! I am an audio restorer dedicated to reviving damaged, legacy, or poorly captured audio, with 7 years of experience. Using iZotope RX10 and visual spectrogram analysis, I apply a meticulous approach to ensure your sound is clean, balanced, and clear, never over-processed or robotic.
What I Can Do:
- Noise Mitigation: Reduce hiss, room rumble, and low-frequency hum.
- Artifact Repair: Eliminate sudden clicks, pops, and digital clipping.
- Tonal & Pitch Fixes: Correct pitch drift and apply precise re-equalization.
- Clarity: Balance frequencies to optimize dialogue and musical clarity.
What I Cannot Do:
- 100% Silent Backgrounds: Severe noise removal introduces digital artifacts. I prioritize keeping the audio sounding natural.
- Frequency Creation: If high frequencies are entirely missing, they cannot be recovered as I don't add artificial data.
- Skip Repair: I cannot fix physical skips or missing audio gaps.
- Severe Interference: Heavy constant electrical buzz or beeping can only be mitigated, not fully erased.
- Wow and Flutter: I can fix the main pitch issues like drops or simple adjustments, but unfortunately not this, at least not yet.

FAQ
Why is it important to send a sample before I place an order?
Every audio file faces unique challenges. Reviewing a short sample first allows me to perform a technical assessment using my tools, let you know exactly what is realistically repairable, and ensure you are happy with the expected outcome before you spend any money.
Can you guarantee a completely silent background?
While I can drastically reduce constant hiss, room rumble, and hum, forcing heavy noise reduction on a severely degraded track can introduce metallic, robotic digital artifacts. I prioritize a natural, warm, and clear sound over a completely "dead" silent background.
What software do you use to fix the audio?
I utilize iZotope RX10 and Audacity. Instead of applying basic filters that dull the entire track, I use visual spectrogram analysis to surgically isolate and remove specific problem frequencies while keeping the core audio intact.
Can you repair audio that has physical skips or missing words?
No, I work strictly with the material present on the track. If a recording has physical skips, audio drops, or entirely missing gaps of sound, that data cannot be artificially recreated or filled in. I can fix the clicks and pops caused by this issue, but I cannot restore the missing data.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
For the absolute best results, uncompressed files like FLAC or WAV are highly recommended because they preserve all original sonic data. However, I can easily accept and deliver standard compressed formats like MP3 as well.
