I will build interactive amp calendar booking emails for b2b, mailmodo

About this gig
A Book a call button that opens a separate scheduling tab is one more place a busy prospect can bail. In B2B, that lost click can be a lost deal.
I build interactive AMP calendar booking emails in Mailmodo, embedding a live, clickable calendar grid directly in the email body leads pick a slot and confirm without ever leaving their inbox.
What you get:
- 1 AMP booking email synced live to your Calendly or HubSpot Meetings calendar
- Real-time slot availability (no double-bookings, no back-and-forth)
- Instant confirmation shown inside the email on booking
- Fallback HTML version with a standard booking link for non-AMP inboxes
- Mailmodo setup, calendar integration, and full cross-client testing
Why this beats a plain booking link: every extra tab is a chance for a prospect to get distracted and never come back. An in-email calendar keeps them in the moment they said yes.
Note: I'm an independent freelancer, not affiliated with or certified by Mailmodo, Calendly, or HubSpot I build on these platforms, so you'll need your own accounts. I'll guide you through connecting them.
Ideal for coaches, agencies, and B2B sales teams who lose leads at the scheduling step.

FAQ
Are you officially affiliated with Mailmodo, Calendly, or HubSpot?
No I'm an independent freelancer who builds using these platforms. This isn't an official partnership with any of them.
What do I need set up before we start?
A Mailmodo account and an active scheduling tool. If you don't have either yet, I can point you to the right plans during onboarding.
Do you need access to my calendar tool?
Yes API/integration access to Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or your scheduler is required so real-time slots display correctly and double-bookings can't happen.
Will this work in Outlook or Apple Mail?
Full in-email checkout only renders in AMP-supported inboxes Gmail, Yahoo, and Mail.ru. Every email includes an automatic HTML fallback, so Outlook/Apple Mail users see a clean static version with a working link instead of a broken email.
