Which AI models do you use?
Current models from the large providers, chosen per task. Sensitive data can be pseudonymised before it reaches the model.
Will the AI send emails or quotes without me?
Only if you explicitly want that. By default every outgoing message waits for your approval.
Do I need n8n?
No. If you have n8n, I build in your instance. Otherwise I use a Python script or, in Premium, host it for you in Germany.
What do the AI calls cost?
Usually a few cents per document or email. I estimate it for your volume before we start.
