I will draw an erosion and sediment control plan

Grading and building permits almost always need an erosion and sediment control plan. Reviewers want to see silt fence, inlet protection, construction entrances and stockpile areas clearly placed and detailed.

I draft clean ESC plans that show the BMPs your city expects and are laid out so a reviewer can follow them quickly. I mark disturbed areas, drainage direction, perimeter controls and stabilization notes. I also include standard details for each BMP used.
