FAQ
Do you work with Wix and Squarespace?
Yes. I design and redesign websites using Wix and Squarespace. Please tell me which platform you use before ordering.
Do I need to provide my own Wix or Squarespace account?
Yes. You should have your own account and website plan. You can invite me as a collaborator or provide access through Fiverr after the order begins. Do not send passwords in ordinary messages when a collaborator invitation is available.
Will you provide hosting or a domain?
No. Wix and Squarespace hosting and domain services are provided through the buyer’s own account. I can guide you on where to connect them, but the account and payment remain yours.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Send me the current website URL and explain what you dislike or want to improve. I can review the layout, navigation, mobile structure, visual consistency, and calls to action.
Will the website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Mobile-friendly design is included in the agreed page scope. The final result also depends on the supplied content, images, fonts, and platform settings.
Do you write the website content?
The buyer should provide the main business information and approved content. I can help organize sections and improve presentation. Complete copywriting can be added through a custom offer.
Can you add SEO?
I can set up basic SEO-friendly page structure, page titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and content organization. I do not guarantee Google rankings or traffic.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Send me the full page list before ordering. I can create a custom offer for larger websites.
