FAQ
1. Will the chatbot make up answers or say something wrong?
This is the right thing to worry about. Your bot only answers from information you give me, your website content, price list, FAQs and policies. When a question falls outside that, it says it does not know and offers to connect the person to you instead of guessing.
2. Where can the chatbot live?
Your website, your WhatsApp, or both. It also works on Facebook and Instagram messages, Telegram, and inside tools like Slack. Tell me where your customers actually message you and I will set it up there. If you are not sure, we start with your website and add WhatsApp later.
3. What does the WhatsApp version need?
A WhatsApp Business account and access to the WhatsApp Business API through Meta. I walk you through getting that approved. Note that Meta charges its own small fee per conversation, separate from what you pay me.
4. Are there ongoing costs after delivery?
Yes, and I would rather tell you now than after delivery. The AI model charges per use, usually a few dollars a month for a small business and more if you get heavy traffic. Hosting is often free or close to it.
5. Can it do more than just answer questions?
Yes. It can capture leads, book appointments, check order status, recommend products, walk someone through a sales flow, and drop everything into your CRM or a spreadsheet. Tell me the outcome you want and I will tell you honestly whether it fits the package you are looking at.
6. I am not technical. Can I still change what it says later?
Yes, and I build it so you can. Your bot reads from a document you control. Change your prices or add a product in that document and the bot updates itself. I record a short video showing you exactly how, so you are not stuck paying me for small edits.
