I have 8+ years of working experience in project management and market research on both the agency and client side. Some of my day to day includes product strategy, user journeys, A/B experiment setups, UATs and funnel analysis as well as hands-on experience with CRM lifecycle campaigns and customer behaviour analysis. Analysing data using excel and AI tools, Brand Imagery Profiles, Brand Positioning are key things that I did in my consumer insights days.
