What do you need to get started?
3D CAD file format (.SLDPRT / .SLDASM / .STEP). If you don't have those files contact me anyway. If you don't have the 3D cad model also contact me to offer you another service to achieve your goals quickly.
Should I directly order from one of the three packages or discuss with you first?
Communication is key to successfully completing a project. Please send me the requirement first so that I can analyse the effort and time and give you a better deal without compromising on the quality of the output.
What if I need any additional support after the order is completed?
We'll definitely help you out even after project completion. If it's a minor correction, then we'll do it free of cost for you. But if it is a design change, then charges will be applicable accordingly.
Can we use the output files for 3D printing?
We focus mainly on 3D product visualisation. Unfortunately the output files may not exactly give you the desired output while 3D printing. If you don't have the 3D cad model, contact me to offer you another service to achieve your goals quickly.
What if I have a 3D model already?
