Messy spreadsheets slow everyone down: duplicate rows, dates written three different ways, stray spaces, names capitalized at random. I take a file like that and hand it back clean and consistent.
I work with Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. Typical cleanup:
- Remove blank rows and duplicate records
- Trim extra spaces and fix capitalization
- Standardize dates and numbers into one format
- Split or merge columns (full name, address parts)
- Unify inconsistent labels ("NY", "New York", "new york")
How I work: I'm a small studio with a new Fiverr account, so I won't dress this up. The mechanical parts are AI-assisted, which is how I move fast and spot patterns across many rows. Every delivery is then checked by hand before I send it, and larger files get a written list of changes. Your original file is always kept untouched.

One record, such as one contact, product or sale. Count the rows in your file before ordering and pick the package that covers it. If unsure, message me and I will check.
Do you change or delete my data?
I remove duplicates and blanks and fix formatting, but I do not invent data or silently delete real values. Anything that looks like a genuine error is flagged in the summary. Your original file is kept untouched.
Is AI used, and how is the work checked?
Repetitive steps are AI-assisted for speed. Every result is reviewed by hand before delivery. If you want a fully hand-done job, tell me in your message and I will say if it is realistic for the file size.
What if my file is bigger than 700 rows?
Message me with the row and column counts before ordering. I will tell you honestly whether I can do it and send a custom offer.
