Can you really fix anything?
If the bones are there, I can fix it. If you data was destroyed and you have no backup, I can't magically get your data back.
What is hardening?
Plugins can't do it all. I will make some custom changes to prevent your site from being hacked. Changes that prevent traversing folders, writing configs, .htaccess abuse, editing files, and running executables in folders where they are not expected. Those types of changes really help.
Can you help with my hosting?
Yes, or I show you how to use a free online tool to scan your current host to check for speed. I'll offer recommendations if you want. Not all the hosting providers are good for WordPress.
Why is the Premium Gig so much more?
Because it takes a long time to complete. I manually inspect the database and apply security patches that plugins can't. Hiring custom security professionals costs a little more because it takes longer to do the job right.
