Premium Package: Based on your 2D drawing (dwg) or floorplans/ elevations (pdf), I will create a 3D model of your building (including landscaping) and provide you with realistic renderings with high-resolution (4k) OR 3D Walkthrough Animation of 90-120 sec duration

FAQ
What information do you need to start working?
I will need a floor plan with all measurements and some references for style\colors\materials you like. It can be images from Pinterest or Instagram. Also would be great if you could provide some actual pictures from inside the place you need to design if its already built.
Does these packages cover commercial interior design?
These packages are for 1-2 standard exterior or room design (bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, front elevation, etc.) If you need an office, restaurant, spa, or salon design please contact me first, this will be a custom offer depending on the complexity, size, and areas included.
Do you also do 3D architectural walkthrough animation?
Yes, I do. Premium package is for walkthrough animation. The price depends on the duration of the video. Inbox me to discuss yours!
What about the copyright of designs?
I retain some basic rights to display, distribute, and reproduce the Shots/animation in regard to my portfolio. Otherwise, the work is yours use it as you want. In case you even don't want me to use it for my portfolio, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for privacy concerns.
What if I don't have the required files to start?
I need a floor plan/elevation in dwg/cad format. In case you don't have this, I got you covered. Please inbox me, I will do this for you with additional minor charges.
