Yes, I have helped more than a hundred of the clients. I can share my work sample of approved plans & and even many of the houses are already built based on the plans prepared by us. We can show live proof on a zoom call
Do you do PE stamp on delivered Drawings?
Yes, I work closely with local Professional Engineers from different states. PE Stamp is available for TX, FL, TN, NC, AL, AR, GA, LA, SC, ID & MS. Price differs and not included in offered package. Please contact for pricing.
What are your requirements to start work?
Every project differs in nature, so requirements. For permit plans, I'll give you a Google form link to submit the details asked in it. Please inbox me to get more info!
Do you also provide the structural calculations & analysis report?
Yes, I can provide analysis reports & calculations. But this should be discussed & it will have a separate price quoted by me. Only premium package offered includes calculations.
Do you also do 3D exterior & Interior design ?
Yes, I also do 3D interior & exterior design. I can provide both renders & walk-though animation videos.
How you will proceed for my work?
1) You answer my questions and provide me with the details I need to start. 2) I will give you the best reasonable quote and timeline with deliverables 3) You will place an order with the agreed price and I will start my work 4) I will keep you posted till the end.
