I turn construction drawings and project information into clear quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and realistic construction schedules. I am a civil engineer trained at Instituto Superior Técnico, with over 20 years of experience in site management and construction production in Portugal.
I combine practical construction knowledge with Excel, AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Project. I work on residential and industrial projects, defining the scope, assumptions and deliverables clearly from the start.
