When can you start on my project?
There is always a waiting list. Please contact me in advance and provide me with all the necessary information about your project. Without all the information, I cannot provide you with a realistic delivery date and a correct price.
In what language do you design the manual?
This gig is made for 1 or 2 languages (English and/or Dutch) Additional languages are available at an additional cost.
Can you show examples?
You can find 30 examples in my Fiverr Portfolio.
What file format will I get?
You will receive your new manual in MS Word format and a pdf version.
Why do you only accept custom orders?
The price and delivery time stated in the packages are indicative. Every product test, combined with the design of a user manual, is a unique task. This task cannot be described in detail in the packages. Therefore, you need to contact me first and describe clearly what you need.
Where to send my product and how to order?
Please contact me first to discuss everything. I provide my address only after a confirmed custom order. Keep in mind that only custom orders are valid for this gig. Orders of the packages will be CANCELLED. Every project is different and cannot be covered by one of the 3 packages.
Is it expensive to send packages in China?
No, it is cheap and it goes fast. Small packages take about 2 to 3 days to deliver. Please contact your supplier to arrange the shipping.
What happens with the product after testing?
I will keep the product (part of the payment).
How to send products with AliExpress to my address in Mainland China?
It is impossible to send products with AliExpress to Mainland China because AliExpress does not sell in Mainland China. When we have an agreement and the custom order is accepted, then my (Chinese) wife will help you with another online shopping platform to send the product to my address.
