About this gig
We make custom stylized 3D characters mascots, game characters, brand figures with purpose of using them in different digital domains, such as video content, cinematics, commercials or game developments.
Every character is built to order from your concept, sketch, or reference. You get clean topology that animates properly, textures, and a working rig, delivered in FBX, OBJ, or Blend files.
Tiers, simply:
- Basic: Simple character model. Good starting point for concept design, game design or low poly characters.
- Standard: full textures and a face rig too. This is starting tier for more standardized cinematic animations, for short content or for first person games.
- Premium: hero-quality detail with custom rigs and blendshapes. This tier is reserved for best looking characters, such as brand ambassadors, main characters in your short movie or as a real-time performing characters.
Add-ons: facial rig (if you want to upgrade basic tier), ARKit, MetaHuman or Animaze setup, posing, animation (price is per animation, not for whole video).

When can I expect updates on my project?
Once we agree on scope and the order starts, you'll get a timeline with each working day and the milestone we will hit. Our day ends around 4 PM CET, so that's when updates land on days your timeline has a milestone marked. Time conversion: 4 PM CET/7 AM PT/10 AM ET/3 PM GMT/10 PM SGT
What is the revision and how many revisions are included while we are working?
The included number is shown in each tier and confirmed in your custom offer. Revision is one round of changes to agreed work which fits inside the scope of the project we determine at the beginning of the work. If project requires additional changes, you are free to purchase more revisions.
Why is my custom quote higher than the tier prices shown on the gig?
In 550+ projects, we've never had two that were exactly alike. The tier prices are our baseline, which means when your project needs work beyond what a tier covers, we quote that extra on top so you only pay for what your project brief actually requires.
What happens if my order is late?
If your order is running late, that's on us. We always give you a fair time estimate, and if we fall short, we'll keep working to finish it; no extra charge and no excuses.
What is the cancelation policy?
We want you to feel completely safe ordering from us. If at any point you're not happy and want to cancel, that's no problem: just let us know what caused the issue and we'll sort it out fairly, no hard feelings.
What software do you use?
We work across industry-standard tools: Blender, Unreal Engine, ZBrush, Substance, and more. We choose the right one for your project. The result is delivered in standard formats (FBX, OBJ, Blend) so it works wherever you need it.
