Absolutely! Making a rough sketch is one of the best ways of making sure the finished map will look the way you want it to.

Sure! My "complete" package doesn't necessarily have to start from nothing - I will gladly refine and adjust your existing map to make sure it makes sense.

Commercial rights are included in my "Standard" and "Complete Design" packages. They can be purchased as an add-on in my basic package.

If you order a map with high resolution, I will usually deliver in A3 with 300-400 PPI. If you want even larger than that, you can choose the "Extra High Resolution" extra. Order this, and I can theoretically make it as big as you wish (I have made movie props many meters across).

If you want a particularly detailed map, with, for instance, detailed unique drawings of each city, several detailed drawing surrounding the map or individually coloured trees, then you need to order Special Detail. There are a lot of grey areas here, so if in doubt, contact me and we'll discuss.

Sure! As long as you provide me with a sufficient descriptions of how that magic (or whatever) works.

I hand draw all the elements of the map and then assemble, colour and texture them in Photoshop.

Yes, I can do this. If I am not familiar with the style I might have to do some research, for which I will charge a little extra. There is an Extra Add-on dedicated to this purpose. (Also, if you can provide me with some style reference pictures that would help me a lot.)

Select the extra "Weather Map" ($50), and I will add to your purchase an additional map which shows with colour codes and symbols what weather, climate etc. would be like in different parts of your mapped world. I will even tell you which areas would be susceptible to earth quakes or hurricanes.
