Payroll is a job where a small mistake costs real money and your team's trust. I run it carefully, on time, inside the software you already use.
I'm a CA finalist working in an audit firm, so I check the numbers like an auditor before anything is submitted.
What I do:
- Run your payroll in Gusto, ADP Workforce Now or QuickBooks Payroll
- Enter hours, salaries, bonuses and deductions from the details you send
- Handle new hires, terminations and pay changes
- Send you a payroll register and summary after every run
- Tie the payroll totals to your books (Premium)
You invite me as an admin or accountant user, so I never need your passwords. On full-service plans, your payroll software pays and files the taxes. You pay its subscription directly.
Not included: tax advice, amended filings or fixing past payroll errors. Multi-state setups need a quick message first.

What do I need?

Who pays for the payroll software?
You do, directly to the provider.
What about multiple states?
The packages cap states as listed. Message me first for anything more complex.
How do you handle sensitive data?
never ask for passwords. Please don't send Social Security numbers or bank details in chat. Enter them directly in your payroll platform.
