HOW IT WORKS - I test the way a real visitor using assistive technology would, plus the leading accessibility tools. Manual review catches what scanners miss, which is where most of the real problems live.
TOOLS I USE - I test with WAVE, axe DevTools, Lighthouse, the Colour Contrast Analyser, and keyboard and screen reader checks, plus manual review of every page.

Do automated scanners not already cover this?
Scanners catch a fraction of issues. I run the leading tools and then manually test the way a real user would, which is where the issues that block customers and trigger complaints actually show up.
