Alongside my freelance accounting and finance services, I am currently working as a Lead Reviewer - Wholesale Banking & Global Markets in a leading financial institution. In this role, I am responsible for conducting detailed reviews and assessments of banking transactions, financial documentation, customer profiles, and risk-related activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. My responsibilities include analyzing complex financial information, evaluating client risk profiles, reviewing transaction patterns, identifying potential compliance concerns, and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and other regulatory frameworks. I work closely with various stakeholders, including relationship managers, compliance teams, risk management professionals, and senior management, to maintain high standards of operational integrity and risk governance.
