About me
Hi, I'm Carla, a ClickUp Verified Consultant, official ClickUp Partner, and project manager behind CM Consultancy.
I build ClickUp systems teams actually use: workspace structure, SOPs, dashboards, and automations with Zapier and Make, plus Slack, Telegram, and Google Calendar integrations.
As a PM, I don't just set up tools. I map how your work really flows, fix the bottlenecks, then build the system around it.
Message me with your current setup and I'll tell you what I'd fix first.

I design and implement structured workflows inside ClickUp to help businesses operate more efficiently. I translate a company’s processes into organized systems—building task hierarchies, automations, dashboards, and standard operating procedures—so teams can manage their work in one place. My role focuses on improving clarity, reducing manual work, and enabling businesses to scale through better process optimization.
