Do I need a Shopify account before ordering?
Yes, please create a Shopify account (the free trial is fine). Then add me as a collaborator, or share staff access, and I'll handle the rest.
Is the theme included in the price?
The packages use Shopify's free themes, which are fast and look professional. If you want a premium theme, you buy it from the Shopify Theme Store, and I set it up and customize it.
Can you build a dropshipping store?
Yes. I can connect apps like DSers or CJ Dropshipping, import products and set up pricing rules.
Will my store work on mobile?
Yes. Every store is fully responsive and tested on phone, tablet and desktop.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes. Share your store link and what you don't like about it, and I'll suggest the right package.
Do you write product descriptions?
I upload the content you provide. If you need descriptions written, message me first and we can add it as a custom extra.
What happens after delivery?
You get a video walkthrough showing how to manage products, orders and pages. I also fix any bugs for free for 7 days after delivery.
Can you design from my Figma file?
Yes. Building from Figma is my speciality, and the Premium package includes a custom Figma design if you don't have one.
