The full error traceback (copy-paste from terminal, or a screenshot) and your Python version. If the bug spans multiple files, zip them up. You can redact API keys, passwords, or business logic — I only need the broken part.
What if you can't fix it?
If I don't think I can solve the problem, I'll let you know before you order. I only take on work I'm confident I can deliver.
How fast?
Most bugs are resolved quickly. I'll give you a time estimate as soon as I review the error. Complex multi-file debugging may take longer — you'll know upfront.
Do I get a revision?
Yes, one revision round included. If the fix doesn't work on your machine, send me the new error and I'll keep debugging at no extra charge.
Is my code safe with you?
I only keep code long enough to debug and deliver. After delivery and confirmation, I delete it. If you have NDA concerns, mention it in your message and we'll handle it.
