Prediction modeling. Built an order-award conversion prediction model with AUC 0.82, increasing the order-award rate for high-confidence inquiries by 2.6x. Used Prophet to forecast monthly inquiry volume, supporting customer-service staffing plans and operating-cost optimization. • Data-driven operating system. Decomposed the business process and built a data dashboard from 0 to 1; established automated Power BI reporting to support weekly business reviews and management decisions. • Business insight and strategy execution. Led inquiry-performance retrospectives for the buyer team and drove three strategic improvements: AI-based industry identification, profiles for 735 repeat-purchase customers, and supplier quotation alerts. Also analyzed churned renewal customers and designed activation plans for inactive buyers.
