Do I need to send charts, or just the data?
Just the data. Send the Excel, CSV or a database extract and I will rebuild the charts properly - axis labels, units, comparison periods and all. Screenshots pasted into a deck are the single biggest reason a slide gets challenged in the room.
Can you write the content, or do you need me to send it?
Either works. If you have a draft or bullet points, send them and I will sharpen the logic. If you only have the numbers, I will build the storyline from them and you approve it before I design a single slide.
Can you match our company template?
Yes. Send your template, or one previous deck, and I will match fonts, colours and layout. If you do not have one, you get a clean neutral design plus an editable slide master you can reuse.
Will I be able to edit the file afterwards?
Yes. You get native PPTX, not images or a PDF-only export. Text, charts and tables all stay editable, and on the Premium package you also get a reusable template so your next deck matches.
Can you improve my existing deck?
Yes. Send the current file and tell me what is not working - too long, no clear conclusion, unreadable charts. I keep what is good and rebuild the rest, and you see the new storyline before I touch the design.
How do you handle confidential numbers?
Send a masked or scaled copy if you prefer - the structure matters more than the exact values for a first draft. I do not share your files with anyone, and I delete the working copy once the order is done.
