FAQ
What access do you need from me?
I need admin or collaborator access to your Shopify or WooCommerce store, plus access to your Google Ads account, GA4 and Google Tag Manager. If you do not have GA4 or GTM yet, I will create them for you. I only use the access for this job.
Will you slow down or break my website?
No. I use Google Tag Manager, so I do not change your theme code in a messy way. I test everything before I finish. Your store keeps working as normal while I work.
How do I know the tracking is really working?
I place a test order and show you the purchase event firing in Tag Assistant and GA4 DebugView. You will also see the conversion in your Google Ads account. I send you proof, not just a message saying it is done.
My conversions are wrong or counted two times. Can you fix it?
Yes. I find why the tag is firing more than one time, remove the duplicate tags, and set up one clean conversion action. After that, your sales numbers in Google Ads will match your store.
How long until I see data?
Tracking starts right away, but Google Ads can take a few hours to show conversions in reports. GA4 standard reports can take up to 24 hours.
