Do I have to pay for the app on top of this?
No. Fitsure has a free plan covering up to 3 size charts, enough for most stores, and it does not expire. If you later want unlimited charts it is $14.99 a month, billed by Shopify, with no fee per order. Nothing is charged beyond the price of this gig.
