Please contact me before placing an order and provide your server files, error logs, console output, or screenshots/videos of the issue.

Every project is reviewed before work begins. If your script is incomplete, broken, heavily modified, missing dependencies, or missing source files, I will let you know before starting.

Escrowed, encrypted, or locked scripts cannot be modified without source code.

Refund Policy: Once work has started and time has been spent diagnosing, debugging, or modifying your server, refunds are not available for completed work or changes of mind. If additional issues are found that were not included in the original order, they will require a new quote or a custom offer.
