Is it safe to give remote access to my computer?
You watch your screen the entire time. Every click I make, you see it live. You can disconnect the session instantly with one click if you want. The remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) use end-to-end encryption. Nothing happens without your visibility.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If the problem is hardware-related or something that genuinely cannot be resolved remotely, I'll tell you upfront and provide a clear diagnosis so you know exactly what needs physical repair. I don't charge for problems I can't solve.
How long does a typical fix take?
Most single issues are resolved in 20-45 minutes. Complex problems with multiple errors or deep system corruption may take longer. I'll set expectations clearly during the session so there are no surprises.
Do you fix Mac computers too?
This gig is specifically for Windows systems. If you have a Mac issue, message me first — I may be able to help depending on the problem.
What if the problem comes back?
The Premium package includes 48-hour follow-up support. If the same issue returns within that window, I reconnect and fix it at no extra charge. You can also add 7-day follow-up support as a gig extra on any package.
