I led the maturation of the prospects through integrated subsurface analysis and performed petrophysical re-evaluation of existing wells, identifying bypassed pay zones and unlocking upside within company-held acreage. I ran probabilistic volumetric assessments and built economic models, including full-cycle cash flow forecasts, and conducted risk assessment, portfolio ranking, and production profile generation to support strategic planning. My work included interpreting 2D/3D seismic data and building depositional models for the cretaceous/Jurriasic and Mississippian carbonate reservoirs, and constructing geo-seismic cross sections that integrated well log and seismic data. I also led farm-in/farm-out evaluations, providing recommendations to senior management. A key achievement in this role was successfully perforating the Cadomin zone in two previously plugged-and-abandoned wells, achieving a tested rate of 18 MMscfd; both wells now produce steadily at 13.4 MMscfd and are tied into the main facility.

I supported ongoing exploration and development projects, generating cross sections to map reservoir presence and effectiveness, identifying net reservoir intervals, and producing net-reservoir isochore and isopach maps, as well as structure maps integrating well logs, seismic, and structural geology into complete interpretations.conducted and supervised reservoir characterization studies across the Upper Indus Basin and Sulaiman Ranges of Pakistan, spanning extensional tectonics through the Kohat-Potwar fold-and-thrust belt. My work included generating new prospects, identifying and testing new exploration plays, and building coherent structural and stratigraphic frameworks by integrating core, log, and engineering data. I characterized play and prospect risk through structural interpretation and restoration at basin and reservoir scale, incorporated petrophysical models into mapping workflows, and worked closely with geophysicists to produce fully integrated geologic interpretations, applying quantitative prospect and play evaluation using Rose-based methods. Beyond technical delivery, I managed multiple concurrent assignments to meet deadlines, applied strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound technical and economic recommendations under incomplete information, and communicated complex material clearly in written and verbal form. I oversaw geological activities to maintain and improve subsurface understanding, identifying knowledge gaps and directing studies to reduce uncertainty, and studied underperforming wells to recommend remediation. I prepared reports and presentations in line with company data management standards, helped establish G&G workflows and best practices, supported deployment of new technology within the G&G function, mentored junior staff toward self-sufficiency, and ensured work complied with company HSE and security policies.
