About this gig
Need a map that shows buyers exactly where your project is? I design clean, accurate vector location maps, site maps and neighborhood maps for real estate companies, developers and agents, ready to drop into brochures, catalogs, flyers, websites and sales presentations.
As a Fiverr Vetted Pro in Brochure Design with 600+ orders, I know how a map must work inside a marketing piece.
WHAT I CREATE
- Location maps and locator (vicinity) maps
- Site maps showing your property, roads and access routes
- Neighborhood maps with nearby amenities (schools, hospitals, malls, parks, transport)
- Master plan and project maps for developments
WHAT YOU GET
- 100% vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator, sharp at any size
- Your brand colors, fonts, logo and north arrow
- Landmark icons and route markers (legend on Standard and Premium)
- Print-ready PDF, plus PNG/JPG for web
- Editable source file (AI/SVG) on higher packages
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send the address or Google Maps link, your landmarks and logo
2. I share a first draft
3. We refine with revisions, then I deliver final files
Message me before ordering and I'll recommend the right package.

FAQ
What information do I need to start ?
1) The map dimensions are in centimeters, inches, or pixels. 2) A list of all the landmarks. If possible, gather pictures that will help me with the illustration part. 3) Think about a special color palette you like. 4) The map title if needed. For any additional requests, don't hesitate to ask me.
Is it ok if I don’t have any sketch or picture to send you ?
Yes, sure! I have a great tool to share with you « Google my maps » where you create a map with all the landmarks you need. Then, you can share it with a screenshot or the link they give you. You can also send me a simple list of name/address. I will find all information I need on google.
I need my map to be part of a document, is it possible to get it ready to print ?
You may need to include the map in a brochure, a wedding invitation, or a postcard. As a graphic designer, I can deliver you the final layout with additional features (text, frame, bleeds, etc.) ready to print. If you need this service, please reach out so we can discuss your project in detail.
