About me
This project focused on creating a smart, high-converting lead capture form for a growing business looking to improve customer acquisition and automate their workflow.
The client needed a clean, professional form that would not only collect user data but also qualify leads and integrate seamlessly with their marketing tools.
To solve this, I designed a multi-step, mobile-responsive form with conditional logic to personalize the user experience. I also integrated automation using Zapier, allowing instant data transfer to the client’s CRM and email system.
