I'm a compassionate peer listener with over two years of experience as a shoulder to cry on. I will hear you without judgment and without rushing to “fix” things.
I gently offer perspective or advice (if requested), but above all, I believe in the power of being truly heard. I also work with EFT Tapping to help release emotional pain and stuck feelings, offering a deeper path to calm and clarity when words alone aren't enough.
I believe healing begins with connection, and sometimes, having someone simply be there makes all the difference.
