FAQ
Can you work with an AI-generated, Canva, PNG, or JPG logo?
Yes. You can send me your AI-generated logo, Canva design, PNG, JPG, screenshot, or any available file. I can use it as a reference to professionally rebuild, refine, and vectorize your logo.
Does this include designing a completely new logo?
No. This service is based on an existing logo or concept. If you need a completely new concept designed from scratch, I offer a separate service specifically for logo design and branding.
Can you change the typography?
Yes, depending on the package. I can work with the existing typography, find a suitable alternative, or make adjustments to improve the overall visual result.
Can you change parts of the design?
Yes, within the scope of the selected package. The goal is to improve and professionalize the existing concept, not to develop a completely new identity from scratch.
What files will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files.
Can you work with any AI-generated logo?
Most can be worked with, but complexity can vary considerably. For this reason, I recommend sending me the logo before placing an order if it is particularly complex.
Can I send you my logo before ordering?
Yes. In fact, if you’re not sure which package you need, feel free to send me your logo along with a brief explanation of what you’re looking for. I’ll let you know which option is the most suitable.
