About this gig
Most "AI for business" ends at someone pasting into ChatGPT. The value is in wiring it into the thing your team already uses, so it happens without anyone remembering to do it.

I build the systems that take repetitive admin off your desk.
Spreadsheets are where most of my shipped work lives: KPI dashboards, client trackers and sales pipelines in Google Sheets and Excel, on live formulas, styled well enough to show a client.
From there I automate: Python that cleans, merges, scrapes and reports on a schedule; AI wired into the tools you already use, answering from your own documents; the same structures in Notion when people need different views of one thing.
I agree what goes in and comes out before building, and build things to fail loudly, not quietly.
FAQ
What does it cost to run after you deliver it?
You pay the AI provider directly, in your own account. For most of these that's a few dollars a month; heavy use might be $20-50. I'll estimate your actual volume before you order so there are no surprises.
Will it make things up?
That's the main risk and the main thing I build against. Answers are grounded in your documents and cite their source, and it's instructed to say "I don't know" rather than guess. I'll also show you the cases where it still struggles, because every one of these systems has some.
Is my data used to train the AI?
Not on the standard business API tiers from OpenAI or Anthropic, where API data isn't used for training. I'll set it up on those tiers and confirm it in writing on delivery.
What do you need to start?
The task, 10 real examples, and the documents it should answer from. Redact anything sensitive first, I only need realistic structure, not your actual customer records.
ChatGPT or Claude, which one?
Depends on the job. I'll recommend based on your task and volume, and I'm happy to build against either. If you already pay for one, we use it.
