Copying Shopify orders into a spreadsheet by hand gets old fast, and it is easy to miss one. I'll build a Make.com scenario that does it for you: every new order lands in your Google Sheet, and if you want, your team gets a Slack alert and a Gmail email goes out with your own text.

Do I need a paid Make.com plan?
Not always. Make's Free plan can work for a small store, but it includes a limited number of credits per month and checks for new orders at most every 15 minutes. With more orders or near-instant alerts, a paid plan is usually needed. I'll estimate your monthly credit use before I start.
How do you get access to my store?
You add the Shopify connection in Make by entering your store domain and approving access while logged in to Shopify; I can guide you on a call or by message. I don't need your Shopify password, and the scenario only reads orders unless you ask for something else.
Will customers get two confirmation emails?
Only if you want them to. Shopify keeps sending its own order confirmation. The Gmail email in the Standard package is best used for something extra, such as a personal thank-you or an internal notification. Gmail also has daily sending limits (roughly 500 per day for a personal account and 2,000 fo
Can you add my existing orders to the sheet too?
Yes, as an add-on. A one-time import of up to 250 past orders can be added to any package; for more, message me first so I can quote it honestly.
