Do you need my Make login or passwords?
No. I work from your exported blueprint (JSON) and screenshots. Please never send passwords or API keys in chat. Connections stay in your account, and you re-select them after importing the fix.
How do I export my scenario blueprint?
Open the scenario in Make, click the three dots in the upper-right corner and choose Export blueprint. Also screenshot the error: the red bubble on the module, or the run details in History.
Can you guarantee the fix works in my account?
I can't run your live apps, so I check the logic against your blueprint and error details. You test with Run once. If my fix doesn't solve the reported error, revisions cover it.
What if the problem is outside Make?
Some errors come from the other app, like an expired connection, missing permission or plan limit. I'll tell you exactly what to change there. If it can't be fixed in Make, I'll say so plainly.
